Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructional activities that actively engage students in meaningful learning.
• Select and adapt resources to meet the needs of learners with varied backgrounds and abilities.
• Assist in evaluating curricular requirements and propose improvements.
• Maintain accurate and efficient record‑keeping of student progress.
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues, both orally and in writing.
• Collaborate with peers to enhance instructional practices.
• Model professional, ethical, and spiritual standards for students.
• Monitor and support continuous student growth and achievement.
• Meet course and school‑wide performance targets.
• Participate in training, including online teaching methodologies.
• Fulfill additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject area.
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in the subject.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Effective time‑management, planning and organisational abilities.
• Self‑motivated, responsible and able to work independently or as part of a team.
