Holiday Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven, customer‑focused Holiday Sales Consultant to join our Holidays team. You will convert holiday enquiries and leads into confirmed bookings by understanding client needs, preparing competitive quotations, and delivering excellent pre‑ and post‑sales service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle holiday enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email and CRM within defined SLA.
• Understand customer requirements and design suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
• Prepare quotations, itineraries and proposals with accurate pricing and inclusions.
• Follow up consistently with leads to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines and suppliers for rates, availability and confirmations.
• Upsell and cross‑sell flights, visas, travel insurance, transfers and excursions.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue and profit targets and ensure smooth coordination with the operations team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in holiday sales, travel consultancy or leisure travel.
• Experience in the UAE travel industry is preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
