Home Appliances Project Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Home Appliances Project Sales Coordinator ensures smooth progression of project sales from quotation through to delivery. The role provides the sales team with clear visibility of approvals, orders, delivery dates and outstanding actions, supporting timely and accurate project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, proposals and tenders, verifying models, quantities, pricing, margins and required approvals.
• Compile material, technical and pre‑qualification submittals; track consultant comments and manage revisions.
• Enter and validate ERP orders and CRM records; maintain up‑to‑date project files and approval documents.
• Follow up with clients and contractors on approvals, clarifications, invoices and pending payments.
• Update Excel trackers, project status and forecasts; flag delays and ensure actions are closed.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination or project support, preferably in appliances or building materials.
• Hands‑on experience preparing quotations, tender documents and project submittals.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups and pivot tables.
• Clear English communication and ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
