Home Care Nurse

About the role

UAE Hospitals and Centers is seeking compassionate Home Care Nurses to deliver high‑quality nursing services in patients' residences. You will assess health conditions, create personalized care plans, and support recovery in a familiar environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform initial health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing services such as wound care, medication administration, and vital‑sign monitoring.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Educate patients and families on condition management, medication use, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Collaborate with the broader healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
• Document all care activities accurately and maintain up‑to‑date medical records.
• Adhere to legal, ethical, and professional nursing standards.

Required profile

• Valid nursing license.
• Proven experience in home‑care nursing or a similar setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge and assessment abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient needs.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Basic computer proficiency for documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
