About the role

Aldar Education is seeking a dedicated Homeroom Teacher for Abdulla Bin Otaiba Charter School for the academic year 26‑27. The role involves delivering inclusive, inspiring lessons that enable every child to make maximum progress while fostering a positive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements and cater to the full ability range.
• Organise classroom resources, create displays and maintain a stimulating learning environment.
• Assess and record student progress using Target Tracker and use data to inform future teaching.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum support staff and external professionals such as speech therapists and educational psychologists.
• Communicate regularly with parents to support children’s academic and personal development.
