Homeroom Teacher – KG Cycle 1 (Al Falah City)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Homeroom Teacher for Cycle 1 (KG) at Al Falah City, Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will deliver the British National Curriculum EYFS/Key Stage 1 (or equivalent) to children aged 5‑8, fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess daily lessons in line with the chosen curriculum.
• Utilise educational technology to enhance instruction and track student progress.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, including EAL students.
• Maintain accurate records in the school’s student information system.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school leadership to support student development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject plus a PGCE/PGDE or teaching diploma.
• Valid teaching licence recognised by the UAE Ministry of Education.
• 2‑3 years of full‑time teaching experience with children aged 5‑8 in an international school setting.
• Experience with the British National Curriculum, American Common Core or IB PYP is preferred.
