HORECA Channel Sales Manager

About the role

Zocoa Group is seeking a commercially driven HORECA Channel Sales Manager to expand its hospitality business in the UAE and develop export opportunities through an established international customer network.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business across hotels, restaurants, cafes, catering companies, and other HORECA accounts in the UAE and globally.
• Lead export business development, handling prospecting, pricing, documentation, and ongoing account follow‑up for international customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and sampling to quotation, negotiation, order coordination, collections, and account growth.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, provide weekly/monthly forecasts, and track market and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Minimum 5–6 years of sales/business development experience in the HORECA sector.
• Mandatory experience in export sales or international business development in food, beverage, or related sectors.
• At least 4 years of continuous service with the same employer, demonstrating stability.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE HORECA market and a proven ability to generate leads and manage the complete sales cycle.
• Valid UAE driving licence and excellent commercial understanding of pricing, margins, payment terms, and collections.
