Hospitality Assistant – Student Residences (Dubai)

About the role

The Hospitality Assistant will work full‑time on‑site in Dubai, supporting the daily operations of ESAW’s student residences. You will be the first point of contact for students and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable living environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors, responding promptly to inquiries.
• Coordinate check‑in and check‑out procedures for resident students.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of common areas.
• Support food and beverage service during events and designated meal times, adhering to hygiene standards.
• Perform basic administrative tasks and keep accurate records.
• Report maintenance issues and collaborate with the facilities team.
• Work with the wider team to uphold safety, comfort, and service standards across the property.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or student accommodation environments.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Organizational attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Professional, student‑centered mindset with cultural sensitivity.
• Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Hospitality and food‑service knowledge, including safe food handling and presentation.
