About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Manager to join our hospitality team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will generate new business, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue across all market segments within the hotel sector.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and secure new hotel and hospitality accounts.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships to maximize repeat business.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with market trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while meeting revenue targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven hotel sales experience.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Professional, self‑motivated and able to thrive under pressure.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
