About the role

Join Bliss 6 at Conrad Dubai as a Hostess, where you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating warm and memorable first impressions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every guest with warmth and poise, setting a welcoming tone.
• Manage reservations, walk‑in guests and table assignments while respecting preferences.
• Recognise returning guests, note special occasions and share preferences with the service team.
• Escort guests to their tables, present menus and answer questions about Bliss 6.
• Communicate guest arrivals, waiting times and special requests to the F&B team.
• Maintain an immaculate entrance, host stand, menus and guest areas.
• Follow Conrad Dubai’s service, hygiene, health, safety and alcohol awareness procedures.
