Hostess – Guest Reception

About the role

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Hostess you will greet and seat guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and memorable experiences for every visitor to the DoubleTree By Hilton Resort and Spa.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and delight guests by greeting them warmly and creating a friendly atmosphere from arrival to departure.
• Manage guest queries promptly and efficiently, ensuring an excellent experience.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, promotions, and restaurant seating arrangements to assist guests confidently.
• Assist with reservations and seating, handling calls courteously and passing accurate messages.
• Follow Hilton grooming standards, including uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
• Report issues through proper procedures and comply with hotel security, fire, health, and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations; cash‑handling experience is an advantage.
