Hostess – Guest Reception

About the role

An opportunity has risen at Saadiyat Beach Club for a Hostess. In this role you will be responsible for receiving and giving a warm welcome to guests, providing an efficient and courteous approach at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service to all guests.
• Welcome guests to the outlet, receive and conduct them to tables, and remain available as a point of contact.
• Take outlet reservations, manage the reservation book, and answer telephone and email enquiries.
• Set up the outlet before business hours and coordinate with the service team on floor‑plan arrangements.
• Observe cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet and entrance area.
• Promote the restaurant in the lobby during peak times and look for social‑media content opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a beach club, resort or high‑volume environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; multiple language ability is an advantage.
• Committed, reliable and able to work in a fast‑paced outdoor environment.
• Team coordination abilities with good organisational and multitasking skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
