About the role
We are looking for a Hostess to join the Guest Service team at St. Regis Dubai. The role focuses on creating memorable dining experiences for guests, from welcoming them to ensuring smooth service throughout the meal.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests, set tables according to service standards.
- Communicate orders and special requests to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages, attend to guest needs, and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, replenish supplies, and keep workstations tidy.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting trays, moving items up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance, and navigating uneven surfaces.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and uniform standards at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
