About the role
The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests entering the restaurant at Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, assist with reservations, and support the Food & Beverage team in delivering a memorable guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Answer telephone calls professionally and manage reservation inquiries.
- Maintain a tidy and attractive restaurant entrance and front area.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth, timely service.
- Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and personal grooming standards.
- Stay informed about the restaurant’s menu and hotel services to answer guest questions.
Required profile
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
