About the role
The Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests at the Prime 68 & ION dining venues, ensuring a welcoming and organized experience from arrival to seating.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, determine party size, and escort them to clean, available tables.
- Pull out chairs, place current menus, and ensure each setting includes a napkin, clean silverware, and any other required items.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, follow clean‑as‑you‑go procedures, and keep menus tidy and up‑to‑date.
- Monitor dining room flow, seating availability, safety, and overall guest well‑being.
- Adhere to company, safety, and security policies; report incidents and complete required training.
- Uphold professional appearance, confidentiality, and proper telephone etiquette.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, courteous demeanor.
