Hostess – Restaurant in Dubai

About the role

Apt Resources is seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests at a vibrant restaurant in Dubai. You will welcome visitors, manage reservations and ensure a smooth seating process, contributing to a positive dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan.
• Escort guests to their tables, provide menus and answer inquiries about the restaurant’s offerings.
• Coordinate with wait staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area and assist team members as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Hostess in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Professional appearance, courteous demeanor and strong organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is an advantage.
