About the role

Join Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort as a Hostess and be the first friendly face guests encounter. You will use your Russian language skills to welcome visitors, manage seating, and ensure a smooth dining experience in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, inform them of wait times and guide them to their tables.
• Maintain the waiting list, enter guest names into the Micros system, and communicate table assignments to service staff.
• Answer restaurant phone calls and provide accurate information.
• Process dining charges, calculate taxes, handle to‑go orders, and accept various payment methods.
• Manage reservation details, table allocation, dietary requirements, and billing through the reservation system.
• Promote current offers and introduce the serving team to guests.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Fluency in English; Russian speaking ability is essential.
• Ability to stay calm, courteous, and attentive to guest needs.
• Hospitality background preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Micros point‑of‑sale system.
