About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences by handling everything from setting tables to coordinating with the kitchen and serving guests. This role requires a proactive attitude and a focus on safety, quality, and professional presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
- Communicate orders and special requests between guests and the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages while maintaining a courteous and attentive demeanor.
- Move, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) and navigate varied floor surfaces safely.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related hospitality experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
