As the first point of contact for guests at Seafire Steakhouse, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage the waiting list, and ensure smooth seating flow. Your friendly demeanor and clear communication will set the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide accurate wait‑time information.
• Maintain and monitor the waiting list, updating guests as needed.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly.
• Bid farewell to guests, ensuring a positive final impression.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Professional appearance and a customer‑focused attitude.
