About the role
As a Guest Environment Expert you will go beyond simply providing a clean room and fresh bed. You will help create memorable, unique experiences for guests by maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel and responding to guest requests promptly.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests and stock housekeeping carts efficiently.
- Clean guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel.
- Follow company policies, procedures and safety guidelines while performing duties.
Required profile
- Commitment to a safe workplace and ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Maintain confidentiality, uphold quality standards and follow all company policies.
- Professional uniform, personal appearance and communication skills.
