About the role

Our Guest Environment Experts are responsible for creating a memorable and unique experience for hotel guests by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire property. The role involves cleaning guest rooms and public areas, responding to guest requests, and ensuring that all housekeeping operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and restock housekeeping carts.
• Stock and organize housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality standards.
• Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and professional communication at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and placing objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place items up to 50 lb.
• Commitment to safety, adherence to policies, and maintaining confidentiality.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
