Hotel Driver & Guest Service Ambassador

About the role

We are looking for a professional, service‑oriented Hotel Driver to provide safe transportation and Bell Services support for guests and residents at InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay. The role blends driving duties with front‑office guest interaction, ensuring a warm and seamless arrival and departure experience.

Key responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely for airport transfers, local trips and guest escorts.
• Assist guests with luggage handling and Bell Services tasks.
• Coordinate transportation logistics and ensure timely pick‑ups and drop‑offs.
• Maintain high safety and cleanliness standards for all vehicles.
• Provide personalized assistance, escorting guests to and from the property as needed.

Required profile

• Professional, reliable and service‑focused attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with luxury‑segment guests.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Front Office and Bell Services teams.

Required skills

• Safe vehicle operation and knowledge of Dubai road network.
• Efficient luggage handling and guest escort techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to brand standards.
