About the role
We are seeking a motivated driver who combines professional driving skills with a genuine passion for hospitality. The role involves transporting hotel guests safely and efficiently while delivering a high level of guest service.
Key responsibilities
- Pick up and drop off hotel guests at designated locations, ensuring punctuality.
- Maintain a clean, well‑serviced vehicle and perform basic checks before each shift.
- Provide courteous assistance, including luggage handling and answering guest inquiries.
- Coordinate with hotel staff to align transport schedules with guest arrivals and departures.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety policies.
Required profile
- Valid UAE driving license (type 3, 5 or 6) and a clean driving record.
- 2–3 years of prior experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and well‑mannered with strong customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
