Hotel Manager

About the role

The Hotel Manager will lead daily operations at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments and delivering luxury hospitality standards. This senior leadership position reports to the General Manager and plays a pivotal role in guest experience, commercial performance, and brand compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all operational departments to maintain luxury service standards and operational excellence.
• Support the General Manager in executing operational strategies and business objectives.
• Lead department heads to achieve productivity goals, service excellence, and operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with Minor brand standards, SOPs, health and safety regulations, and sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence across the property and provide operational support.
• Drive a positive workplace culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and discipline.
• Monitor guest feedback, resolve complaints, and continuously improve satisfaction scores.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, travel partners, and key stakeholders.
• Drive commercial performance by monitoring occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and collaborating with Sales, Revenue, and Marketing teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to increase revenue across rooms, F&B, and events.
• Analyze financial reports and operational KPIs to support business decisions while controlling costs.
