Hotel Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Hotel Manager will lead daily operations at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments and delivering luxury hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all operational departments to maintain service excellence and brand standards.
• Support the General Manager in executing operational strategies and business objectives.
• Lead department heads to achieve productivity targets and operational KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with Minor brand SOPs, health & safety regulations, and sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Drive exceptional guest experiences, manage complaints, and monitor feedback.
• Monitor performance indicators such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and work with Sales, Revenue and Marketing teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement commercial strategies across rooms, F&B and events.
• Analyze financial reports and control departmental expenses without compromising service quality.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary hotel teams.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and brand compliance.
• Experience in driving revenue growth and managing commercial performance.
• Capability to handle guest relations and resolve service challenges promptly.
• Commitment to health, safety and sustainability practices.
