Hotel Receptionist

About the role

As the first point of contact for guests, the Receptionist ensures a memorable stay from arrival to departure. Working in a 5‑star environment, you will deliver personalized service while up‑holding Accor Plus standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues.
• Process payments and settle accounts accurately.
• Promote hotel facilities and identify up‑selling opportunities.
• Provide a personalized experience that exceeds expectations.

Required profile

• Service‑focused personality with a strong hospitality mindset.
• Previous experience in a 5‑star hotel or similar environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced front‑desk setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera or Opera Cloud property management systems.
