Hotel Security Supervisor

About the role

Southern Sun is seeking a dedicated Hotel Security Supervisor to lead security operations at its Abu Dhabi property. You will ensure the safety of guests, staff, and assets while maintaining compliance with UAE health and safety regulations and ADOSH standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily security activities, including patrols, CCTV monitoring, and access control management.
• Respond to emergencies, investigate incidents, and coordinate with police, CID, civil defence, and other authorities.
• Prepare accurate daily, incident, and investigation reports and maintain security action plans.
• Conduct training for staff on security awareness, emergency procedures, fire and life safety, and incident reporting.
• Handle guest security queries discreetly and professionally.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in hotel security.
• Strong knowledge of security technology, health & safety, emergency response, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, decision‑making, and report‑writing abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
