Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join Plaza Premium Group’s lounge team in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff across all lounge areas.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize lounge seating zones, dining areas, restrooms, showers, family suites, smoking rooms and staff areas.
• Separate and dispose of waste according to airport environmental and recycling guidelines.
• Apply HACCP and municipal food‑safety standards when cleaning F&B areas, equipment and surfaces.
• Operate floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, extractors and other housekeeping equipment safely.
• Handle cleaning chemicals in line with safety data sheets and company procedures.
• Receive, organise and store housekeeping supplies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Submit soiled linens, towels and mops to laundry, track cleaned items and replenish guest amenities.
• Monitor high‑touch surfaces, furniture, windows and fixtures for cleanliness.
• Complete cleaning tasks according to schedules, checklists and SOPs, and report maintenance issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in housekeeping or cleaning.
• Ability to follow health, safety and quality standards.
• Professional attitude when handling guest complaints or requests.
• Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records.
