Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms and public areas.
• Prepare beds with perfectly plumped pillows and ensure mirrors are gleaming.
• Work proactively to support guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of the housekeeping department.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold the hotel’s brand promise.

Required profile
