Housekeeping Attendant

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Replenish amenities, linen, towels and ensure rooms are properly presented.
• Report maintenance defects, damages or unusual conditions to the supervisor.
• Handle guest belongings and lost‑and‑found items following hotel procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment, trolleys and storage areas.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, adhering to health, safety and chemical‑handling procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service.

Required profile

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of guest‑room cleaning procedures and safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑service orientation.
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend and lift for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
