Housekeeping Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the hospitality team at Rixos Bab Al Bahr, a five‑star beachfront resort on Al Marjan Island. As a Housekeeping Attendant you will ensure guest rooms and public areas are immaculate, contributing directly to the memorable experience of our international guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites and public spaces according to resort standards.
• Prepare beds, replenish amenities, and perform final inspections to guarantee flawless presentation.
• Report maintenance issues, damages and lost‑and‑found items promptly.
• Follow all housekeeping SOPs, health‑safety and hygiene regulations.
• Use cleaning equipment, chemicals and linen supplies responsibly.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, front office and engineering teams.

Required profile

• Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to meet the demands of the role.

Required skills

• Knowledge of luxury service standards (advantageous).
