Housekeeping Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant will ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort. Working in a luxury, eco‑sanctuary environment, you will contribute to a memorable guest experience while adhering to health, safety and brand procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service all guest rooms in line with the hotel’s Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain accurate records for linen, uniforms, lost‑and‑found items and inventory levels.
• Process VIP and special guest requests, especially for families with children, ensuring timely delivery.
• Remove room‑service trays, update room status reports and report any damage or security incidents.
• Operate housekeeping equipment safely and follow waste‑minimisation measures.

Required profile

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards and hotel safety procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently under time pressure and stand, walk, bend, lift and carry supplies throughout the shift.
• Basic communication skills in English or the local language.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Operating vacuum cleaners and floor polishers.
• Safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals.
• Making beds, cleaning bathrooms and replenishing guest amenities.
