Housekeeping Executive (Fresher)

About the role

A hotel in Abu Dhabi is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Housekeeping Associates (freshers) to join its team. The role keeps guest rooms and public areas clean, hygienic and well presented so guests feel comfortable and welcome. Training is provided to suitable candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens and replenish amenities as required.
• Handle laundry and linen services efficiently.
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation and safety standards.
• Report maintenance issues and lost-and-found items to supervisors.
• Assist in setting up rooms for guest arrivals and special requests.
• Follow hotel policies, grooming standards and safety protocols.
• Provide courteous and prompt assistance to guests when needed.

Required profile

• Pursuing or completed a Diploma or Bachelor's in Hotel Management, Hospitality or a related field; no prior experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit and willingness to work flexible shifts.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and materials is an advantage.
