Housekeeping Manager – Luxury Private Residence

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and highly professional Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping operations of a prestigious private residence in Dubai. This senior, hands‑on role requires extensive experience in luxury housekeeping, team leadership, and delivering personalized service for owners, guests and events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, coach and develop the housekeeping team.
• Plan and execute daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal and deep‑cleaning schedules.
• Conduct inspections to maintain exceptional luxury residential standards.
• Develop SOPs, checklists and quality‑control procedures.
• Oversee laundry, linen, wardrobe and specialist garment care.
• Manage supplies, purchasing, equipment and inventory.
• Prepare the residence for owners, VIP guests, events and special occasions.
• Coordinate with chefs, drivers, maintenance, security, gardeners and external providers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and household procedures while maintaining discretion.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of housekeeping experience in luxury hotels, private residences, estates, yachts or similar high‑end environments.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage and develop housekeeping teams.
• Strong knowledge of luxury cleaning, laundry, linen and garment‑care standards.
• Experience creating SOPs, schedules, checklists and quality‑control systems.
• Private‑household experience and GCC exposure are advantageous.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Housekeeping, Hotel Management or related field preferred.
