About the role
The Housekeeping Runner supports the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah by ensuring linen and pantry supplies are available, maintaining cleanliness, and handling stock management throughout the hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure linen is available for all floors as requested and maintain quality controls for linen processes.
- Keep the housekeeping pantry and store clean, conduct stock takes, and maintain par stock levels.
- Receive, store safely, and issue linen using the requisition system.
- Remove soiled linen and garbage promptly from lift landing areas to maintain hygiene.
- Address customer service issues quickly and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Required profile
- Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively.
