Housekeeping Supervisor – 4-Star Hotel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team of a 4‑star hotel in Dubai. The successful candidate will ensure that all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and service quality while supporting smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across the property.
• Manage housekeeping staff, schedule shifts and ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain hotel cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas.
• Monitor housekeeping quality, conduct inspections and ensure compliance with hotel procedures.
• Support team training, provide guidance and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Prepare and maintain housekeeping records, reports and inventory logs.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to supervise teams and uphold service standards.
• Currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately.
