Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team at Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort in Ras Al‑Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service across guest rooms, public areas, and all hotel facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily briefings and team meetings to communicate priorities and standards.
• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.
• Inspect rooms and public spaces regularly to maintain exceptional cleanliness and quality.
• Manage daily task allocation, team workflows, and roster requirements.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, and conduct, providing constructive feedback.
• Support onboarding, induction, and training of new team members.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and emergency procedures.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively.
• Monitor stock levels, equipment, and supplies, supporting cost management.
• Maintain professional grooming and hygiene standards.
• Foster a collaborative team culture and work closely with other hotel departments.
