About the role
Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will ensure the hotel’s cleanliness and create memorable experiences for every guest, spreading the light and warmth of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, train and schedule the housekeeping team to meet quality standards.
- Conduct routine room inspections, spot‑checks of occupied rooms and review service areas.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues and facility concerns.
- Plan and oversee periodic deep‑cleaning and special housekeeping projects.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper care of housekeeping equipment.
- Deliver excellent service, handling VIP and special guest requests.
