About the role
The Guest Environment Expert (Houseman) ensures that every guest experiences a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay. Working across rooms and public areas, you will maintain the hotel's appearance while responding promptly to guest requests.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and public spaces to the brand’s high standards.
- Deliver guest requests quickly, restock carts, and replenish supplies.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and clear communication with guests and team members.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods while performing hands‑on tasks.
- Physical capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lb.
- Commitment to safety, quality standards, and respectful guest interactions.
