About the role

The Houseman supports the Housekeeping team in delivering the high‑standard cleanliness and presentation expected at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi. Working across guest rooms, residences, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces, the role ensures a comfortable environment for guests and residents. This position reports to the Housekeeping Manager and is a core part of the daily operations of the department.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, residences, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Ensure housekeeping supplies, equipment and linen are stocked and readily available.
• Assist with room turnover and preparation for new guests.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with Four Seasons brand guidelines.
• Help with inventory control of housekeeping supplies.
• Report any maintenance or inventory issues to the Housekeeping Manager.

Required profile

• At least 24 months of experience in a housekeeping or similar hospitality role.
• Proficiency in English with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
