HR Administrator

About the role

Gamdom is looking for a detail-oriented and organised HR Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of HR processes and employee-related matters. The role covers onboarding and offboarding, HR records, employee information in Talexio and general HR requests, with administrative support to Talent Acquisition when needed. It is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, completing all steps and documentation.
• Prepare, issue and maintain employment agreements, amendments and other HR documents.
• Maintain employee records and update information in Talexio.
• Coordinate account creation, access updates and deactivation requests with relevant departments.
• Monitor probation periods, contract renewals, leave records and other employment milestones.
• Handle day-to-day employee queries and coordinate with Finance, Legal, IT and other departments.
• Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination and candidate communication.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, HR Assistant or similar administrative HR role.
• Previous experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation and employee record management.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and meet deadlines, with discretion over confidential information.
• Comfortable working in a remote, international environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms; experience with Talexio is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
