HR and People Development Intern

About the role

Join CHANEL’s HR team in Dubai as an HR and People Development Intern. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will support learning and development, internal communications, and recruitment while gaining exposure to the fast‑paced world of luxury retail.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the People Development team with training plan management, session logistics, and communication (SAVE THE DATE, feedback surveys).
• Maintain and update training data sheets in Excel and follow up on training reports.
• Support the internship program by sourcing CVs, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and contributing event ideas.
• Help the HRBP welcome new joiners from abroad, handling hotel and flight bookings and invoicing through COUPA.
• Participate in diverse HR projects and ad‑hoc missions across the boutique.

Required profile

• Recently completed degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field.
• Previous corporate experience and a strong interest in data handling.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Based in the UAE and able to work onsite in Dubai.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
