HR Business Partner – Emiratisation (Dubai)

About the role

Join dnata International as an HR Business Partner focused on Emiratisation, based at the Dubai headquarters. You will partner with business leaders to drive people strategies, support cross‑divisional HR initiatives and act as a change agent for technology, data analytics and organisational development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide insights on employee engagement and culture through formal and informal interactions.
• Identify and propose improvements to HR processes, enhancing customer experience, simplification and efficiency.
• Coach managers throughout hiring, learning, development and executive coaching processes.
• Deliver consistent, compliant HR guidance aligned with company policy and UAE employment law.
• Manage core HR calendar activities such as pay reviews, profit‑share and related initiatives.
• Resolve complex employee‑relations matters, conduct investigations and coordinate with EAP for sensitive issues.
• Support attendance management, short‑ and long‑term absences in collaboration with HR Shared Services and Occupational Health.
• Lead organisational change initiatives, including design, role review and job evaluation, and communicate changes effectively.
• Strengthen performance culture by assisting managers with goal setting, development planning and performance analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner capacity.
• Strong understanding of UAE employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor and change agent.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
