Temporary Recruiter – Blue‑Collar & Trades Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a temporary recruiter to join our on‑site team in Dubai (or Ajman) and quickly fill high‑volume blue‑collar positions for our fleet operations. You will focus on sourcing truck drivers, diesel mechanics and yard helpers, working closely with operations and HR to meet weekly hiring targets.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and hire heavy‑duty truck drivers, diesel mechanics and helpers.
• Run active sourcing campaigns on Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter and TikTok, creating job posts and managing pipelines.
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate in‑person interviews and verify licences, certifications, criminal records and work eligibility.
• Track pipeline metrics (applications, screens, interviews, hires) and report progress regularly.
• Partner with operations and HR to understand role requirements and turnaround needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting blue‑collar or skilled‑trades talent, preferably in transportation, logistics or industrial settings.
• Comfortable with high‑volume, deadline‑driven hiring environments.
• Strong phone and interpersonal skills for engaging drivers and mechanics.
• Organised, self‑directed and able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.

What we offer

• On‑site work 6 days a week, 8 am – 6 pm at our Dubai or Ajman office.
• Temporary contract (1–3 months) with potential extension or conversion based on performance.
• Competitive daily rate of AED 3,000‑4,500.
