HR Executive - HR Operations

About the role

American Hospital Dubai is hiring a full-time HR Executive for HR Operations in Dubai. The role covers a range of personnel-related duties, oversees the HR management information system, workforce scheduler, records management and pre-payroll processes, and works closely with the Assistant HR Director for Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and communicate personnel policies and procedures, and ensure all personnel actions comply with hospital policy and labour law
• Act as the main link between HR Operations and IT, test HR system solutions before rollout, and resolve technical issues
• Oversee the Workforce Scheduler, approve overtime and on-call shifts, review monthly working hours and overtime calculations, and manage the biometric time and attendance system
• Maintain daily updates in the Oracle iFusion system for payroll activities, generate monthly joiner reports and track contingent workers
• Monitor and administer the Leave Management System in iFusion and prepare payroll reconciliation data
• Prepare employment contracts, process salary advance requests, coordinate bank account setup for new staff and file HR documents
• Produce monthly HR and leave KPI reports and deliver orientation sessions on the Workforce Scheduler

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration or a related field
• Minimum of four years of experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare
• Knowledge of HR department policies and procedures
• Basic knowledge of UAE Labour Law
