HR Executive - Multi-Venue Hospitality

About the role

AlphaMind, a Dubai-based hospitality group behind several restaurant, bar and lifestyle concepts, is looking for a hands-on HR Executive to cover three venues: Be Babel, Son of a Fish and Le Relais de l'Entrecôte. This is a hybrid role: one day per week at each venue dealing with managers and staff, and two days per week at head office for payroll, documentation and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Payroll and administration: prepare monthly payroll for the three venues (attendance, overtime, service charge/tips, deductions, adjustments), ensure WPS compliance and accurate records, and maintain employee files, contracts and HR systems.
• Onboarding and induction: handle offer letters, documentation, visa and medical coordination with the PRO, and run induction sessions on company policies, culture and venue standards.
• Offboarding: handle resignations, terminations and end-of-contract cases, calculate final settlements and gratuity in line with UAE Labour Law, and coordinate visa cancellations, clearances and exit interviews.
• Employee relations and discipline: advise managers, manage investigations, hearings, warning letters and documentation, and ensure fair and compliant handling of cases.
• General HR support: act as first point of contact for staff and managers, track leave, probation reviews and visa renewals, and support HR projects across the group.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in hospitality, F&B or another multi-site environment.
• Hands-on payroll experience in the UAE, including WPS and end-of-service calculations.
• Solid working knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
• Confident handling of disciplinary and employee relations cases.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related field.

Required skills

• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with an HRIS or payroll system is a plus.
• Organised and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple venues and deadlines.
• Approachable and able to build trust with frontline teams and managers.
