HR Generalist

About the role

Exclusive Networks is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support the regional HR team. The role involves handling day‑to‑day HR operations, from recruitment to payroll, and ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling and candidate tracking.
• Liaise with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support the selection process.
• Manage onboarding, employee record maintenance, transfers, off‑boarding and payroll accuracy.
• Maintain and update HR systems, primarily Workday, ensuring employee data is current.
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, policies and regional labour laws (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman).
• Address employee queries, advise managers on relation matters, and support executive diary management.
• Prepare HR documentation, support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Provide ad‑hoc support for all HR and administrative topics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on HR experience, especially in daily operations.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and HRIS tools, with Workday preferred.
• Basic knowledge of regional labour laws in the Gulf region.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
