HR & Learning Executive

About the role

The Hyatt Place Dubai/Jumeirah cluster is looking for an HR & Learning Executive to support HR operations and drive learning initiatives across multiple properties. You will play a key part in fostering a culture of care, growth, and excellence for both guests and colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Design, coordinate and deliver training programs that align with Hyatt standards and property needs.
• Assist in implementing talent development strategies and succession planning.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour laws.
• Partner with department heads to identify learning needs and create tailored solutions.
• Champion Hyatt’s culture and values across all cluster properties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in the hotel industry.
• Exposure to Food & Beverage or Rooms operations is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
