About the role
Our client, a leading oil & gas fabrication organisation, is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for driving recruitment, employee relations and performance management while ensuring full compliance with UAE labour legislation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the HR function in a fast‑paced, industrial environment.
- Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition for a large blue‑collar workforce.
- Manage employee relations, performance appraisal processes and workforce engagement initiatives.
- Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and UAE labour laws.
- Maintain workforce stability and promote a positive organisational culture.
Required profile
- 10+ years of hands‑on HR experience.
- Background in construction, heavy manufacturing, steel or oil & gas sectors.
- Proven experience managing large blue‑collar workforces.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
