Human Resources Director

About the role

The Human Resources Director will lead Euro Mechanical’s HR function, aligning people strategy with business objectives and acting as a bridge between leadership and employees across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support overall business goals.
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, talent acquisition and talent strategy.
• Lead HR policies, procedures, systems and governance.
• Manage employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution and investigations.
• Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, manpower planning and retention initiatives.
• Design and deliver learning and development programmes to close capability gaps.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, productivity and retention.
• Supervise performance management and appraisal processes.
• Manage compensation, benefits, payroll processes and HR budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and relevant regulations.
• Lead, coach and develop the HR team to ensure effective service delivery.
• Coordinate HR communications and organisational change initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including senior‑level roles.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Experience in large, manpower‑intensive organisations.
• Proven experience with HR ERP systems.
• CIPD or SHRM certification preferred; Arabic language skills an advantage.
